Carole Jackson-Powell, Artist/Muralist
Carole is a native Kentuckian and lives in the Louisville, Ky. metro area.
PAINTINGS: Carole began her painting career at the age of 15, and over the years she has produced numerous commissioned works of art on canvas. She majored in art in college and studied at the Louisville School of Art and Schrodt Gallery and painting in Louisville, Ky. Art has always been an integral part of Carole’s life, whether it is painting on canvas or a wall! She has a passion for most subjects for her works of art, but especially for Christian works and her portfolio reflects this love of God. She has numerous works on canvas and shows her work many times throughout the year. Many of her "Garden" paintings are in limited edition prints (2 are shown here) and are available for under $40.00.

The world of murals caught her attention in 1999, and she began painting murals in and around the Louisville and Southern Indiana Area. She has hundreds of her works in homes, businesses, retirement communities, restaurants, and churches.
